Sunita Narain (born 1961) is a prominent Indian environmentalist and political activist who serves as the Director General of the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE). She is also the editor of the fortnightly magazine Down To Earth. She is a leading global voice for "climate justice," arguing that international climate agreements must be equitable and recognize the rights of the poor to development.
