Chef Garima Arora is a trailblazing culinary artist who redefined modern Indian gastronomy on the global stage. Born in Mumbai, her initial professional path began not in the kitchen, but in journalism. However, driven by a deep-seated passion for food and travel, she pivoted at age 21 to study culinary arts at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Over the next several years, she refined her skills alongside some of the world's most elite culinary figures—including Gordon Ramsay, Gaggan Anand, and René Redzepi at the legendary restaurant Noma in Copenhagen—before establishing her own distinct culinary voice.
