Preeti Pawar is an elite Indian boxer and a serving Naib Subedar in the Indian Army who has established herself as one of the country's brightest sporting icons. Born in the boxing hub of Bhiwani, Haryana, she made headlines globally by winning the historic Gold Medal in the women’s 54kg bantamweight category at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
