I work at the intersection of Governance, Leadership, Organizational Transformation and Human Capital Strategy, helping Boards, CEOs and business leaders build stronger institutions through effective governance, capable leadership and sustainable organizational performance. Over a 37-year career spanning business leadership, global talent management, organizational transformation and board advisory, I have helped organizations strengthen leadership, culture and institutional effectiveness to drive long-term value creation. My career began on the business frontlines rather than in HR. At Procter & Gamble, I contributed to new distribution channel development during the company's FMCG expansion in India. At The Statesman, I led circulation growth initiatives that regained leadership in key markets through strategic consumer partnerships. At Allianz Bajaj Life Insurance, I helped establish infrastructure, build sales and operations teams, and strengthen organizational capability across Eastern India. A defining chapter of my career was with Sandvik, where I served as Global Talent Manager and Lead HR, Asia Pacific. Working across 56 countries and supporting business operations in 10 Asia Pacific markets and over 3,000 employees, I led leadership, succession, talent and culture initiatives that strengthened organizational capability and supported business performance. Beyond corporate leadership, I partner with Boards, CEOs, promoters, investors and government leaders to strengthen governance, leadership capability and transformation readiness. Highlights include: • Supporting governance and IPO readiness as an Independent Director in a ₹300+ crore enterprise • Coaching and mentoring CXOs, senior leaders and leadership teams on succession and leadership effectiveness • Designing Assessment & Development Centres, assessing over 370 leaders and managers • Mentoring 260 senior government officials under Mission Karmayogi • Coaching more than 300 senior leaders, including CXOs and government officials, over the past two years I believe enduring organizations are built when governance, leadership and culture work as one integrated system. Today, I help Boards, CEOs and promoters strengthen governance, succession and organizational capability to build resilient institutions that create sustainable stakeholder value.
